Kate joined us in April 2023 and is currently in the process of getting a bachelor’s degree in business management from Western Governors University. She enjoys the fun environment in our office and being part of something that changes people’s lives. Kate has two dogs, Storme and Milo, and she loves to read, ski, hike, camp and just be outside whenever she can.

Heather has been in the financial and administration field for over 20 years, and she helps ensure the energy in the office is positive and fun.

Heather and her husband, Jeremy, are proud parents of four children, ranging in age from 18 to 27. She is so grateful to have each and every one of them. When she is not hard at work, Heather loves to travel and spend time outdoors camping or being near water. She also has two dogs, a Yorkie name Jimmy and a Border Collie named Nova, and two cats, Boots and Buttons.

Natalie has been part of our team since 2016 and can be found helping out in all areas of our office. She loves seeing the beautiful smiles of our patients and how happy they are at the end of their treatment. Natalie has two children, a 16-year-old daughter and an 11-year-old son. Her hobbies include golfing and hiking.

Shaylee joined the Johnson Elite Orthodontics team in October 2018 as an assistant before moving to marketing in August 2021. She graduated dental assisting school in 2016 and attended Salt Lake Community College to study photography until 2018. She loves that the team here feels like family and that she has the opportunity to always be improving and growing.

Shaylee lives with her boyfriend, Chandler, and they have a black Lab. When she is not at the office, Shaylee loves to wake surf in the summer and ski in the winter. She loves the water, snow and adventure! She has also led paint nights for over five years.

Ashtyn was a patient at Johnson Elite Orthodontics, and joined our team in April 2022! She enjoys meeting new people and seeing our patients achieve the smiles of their dreams. Ashtyn is mom to our office therapy dog, Bracket, and leads by example in maintaining a positive environment in our office. When not in the office, Ashtyn can be found spending time with her fiancé, Charlie, traveling and soaking up sunshine. She is also a Disney park fan!

Bella started at our office in May 2023. She loves the fun environment of our practice and getting to see people be proud of their smiles. She always creates a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients. Bella has two brothers and one sister who she loves to the moon and back. In her free time, she loves to do anything outside including paddle boarding, mountain biking and hiking.

Yasmine joined our practice in October 2022. She graduated from assisting school in 2020 and has been a dental assistant for three years. Yasmine loves the Johnson Elite Orthodontics team and all the fun things they do. She also loves the positivity at this office, and she always strives to be the best assistant she can be.

Yasmine is the second oldest in her family, and she has one sister and two brothers. She is a self-described crazy bird lady as she has 23 birds!

Zoe, our vibrant Front Desk member since February 2024, is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies at the University of Utah. She thrives in our practice’s fun, welcoming environment, ensuring every patient feels valued. Outside work, Zoe enjoys making jewelry, baking, and delving into books.

Mika graduated early and joined our team in February 2025. She is a motivated and dedicated team member, and is always here to help her coworkers and our patients. Mika loves her family and would do anything for them. Outside the office, she loves traveling and being outdoors. She is also a tattoo artist in the making!

Brooke is a graduate of Hillcrest High School, and joined our team in February 2025. She enjoys being part of a team that feels like family and is always ready to learn, and loves seeing people feel more confident in themselves and their smiles. Brooke credits her mother with her success, as she has helped her grow and learn how to be responsible while still having fun. Outside the office, Brooke enjoys reading, drawing, working out and cooking.

Lexiana graduated from Alta High School before joining Johnson Elite Orthodontics team in February 2025. She loves being part of an amazing team and helping our patients smile, and works hard to keep a positive energy in the office. Lexiana’s mom is her bestie, and when not working she loves to skate and do art.
