We want our patients to feel like part of our family and know that they are being treated with the best braces and orthodontic care available so they feel confident they will receive the smile of their dreams.
Most of our patients are either in school or work. We have found that employers and school authorities cooperate in our joint efforts to further dental health. Once the braces or appliances are placed, patients come every 8 to 12 weeks for a 30 minute appointment. For your convenience, we schedule shorter appointments at the beginning of the day and in the afternoon hours. Occasionally you will need a one-hour appointment which is scheduled during late morning.
We have put a lot of time and work into our scheduling system. Because we value your time with us and we have set a certain amount of time for each appointment, it is important that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late we will always see you but may not be able to do all procedures planned so that we do not run late for the next patient. To avoid a delay in your treatment, please keep all scheduled appointments and come 10 minutes early so that you will have time to check in and brush thoroughly in the Brushing Room where we conveniently have disposible toothbrushes with toothpaste already on them.
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We ask that you please call us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require rescheduling an appointment, but remember that it may extend your treatment time. Our goal is to keep your treatment on schedule and keep our daily appointments running smooth.
House Calls & Email Reminders
Because we know you have a busy schedule, we utilize House Calls, an automated phone reminder system and an email reminder. The night before your appointment, you will receive a phone call and email reminder from our office reminding you of your appointment the next day. These are for your convenience but due to technological or weather problems, use these reminders as a back-up.
